How long will my fruitcake stay fresh?
Our DeLuxe® Fruitcakes are naturally preserved by the high density of fruit and nuts. When kept in the refrigerator, they stay fresh for up to six months, and can be frozen for up to two years.
When will my order be shipped?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During the peak holiday season, we recommend ordering early to ensure your preferred delivery date.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our world-famous baked goods to over 190 countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom message that will be printed on the packing slip included with your gift.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products nut-free?
Many of our signature products, including our DeLuxe® Fruitcake, contain pecans and other tree nuts. Our facility processes nuts, wheat, milk, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
